2. Project Scope

The scope of services for each project will be clearly defined in a Service Agreement. This agreement will detail the specific tasks to be completed, timelines, deliverables, and fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing Goosebumps with accurate and timely information necessary to complete the project.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before they are published or launched.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for content or materials used in the project.
• You will cooperate with Goosebumps in a timely manner to ensure the project’s successful completion.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in the Service Agreement for each project. Payment terms will also be specified in the agreement.

5. Term and Termination

The term of service for each project will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement for cause upon written notice. Goosebumps reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client fails to fulfill its obligations under these Terms.

6. Ownership

Goosebumps retains ownership of all intellectual property rights developed during the course of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client owns all rights to the data and content provided by them for the project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party during the course of the project.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Goosebumps warrants that it will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However, Goosebumps does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Goosebumps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services provided under these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State of uk].

11. Entire Agreement
